Scope and contact
This policy covers the Concord website and its introductory booking journey. Information required for an actual legal engagement is addressed separately when the engagement is agreed.

Information you provide
The introductory questionnaire
You can select a legal domain, a service, the situation you are facing, its timing and your country of residence. An optional free-text field lets you add context. Avoid including identification documents, banking details or sensitive case material at this stage.
The questionnaire uses your answers in your browser to present the next step. Your situation, timing, country and free-text context are not submitted to a Concord database or passed to Calendly by the current questionnaire. They are cleared when the page is reloaded. The selected domain and service can appear in the page address, and therefore in your browser history or a request to the website server.
Booking an appointment
At the calendar step, Calendly collects the booking details you enter, such as your name, email address and chosen time. These details are shared with the meeting organiser to arrange the appointment. Required fields are marked by the booking service; without them, the appointment cannot be completed.
Email enquiries
If you email us, your contact details and the information in your message are used to respond and assess your request. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
Why information is used
Contact and appointment information is used to respond to a request you initiate and take steps before a possible engagement. Technical connection information is used to deliver the website and protect it against misuse.
The questionnaire directs you through a booking journey. It does not make a legal decision, assess your eligibility for a legal status or produce a decision with legal effects.
Browser storage and measurement
The booking journey stores a session identifier and campaign information, when present in the page address, in your browser's session storage. This can include campaign tags and an advertising click identifier. It lets the journey retain the source of your visit within the tab. It does not store your free-text context or contact details.
This storage lasts for the browser page session and can be removed through your browser's site-data controls. Blocking it does not prevent you from completing the questionnaire. Restoring a browser session may also restore its session storage.
Campaign tags can be included in the Calendly link. The advertising click identifier and questionnaire answers are not added to that link. The current website does not load a Google Analytics tag, advertising pixel or a remote questionnaire analytics collector.
External services
Calendly
The embedded calendar connects to Calendly when you reach the booking step. Calendly then receives connection information and the details you enter in its interface, and applies its own storage and cookie practices. You can read the Calendly Privacy Notice before using the calendar.
Google Fonts
The website requests typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google's servers to retrieve them, which involves sending connection information such as your IP address and browser request headers. See Google Fonts information and Google's Privacy Policy.
Links to other websites
Opening an external link takes you to a separate website. Its operator is responsible for the information it collects there.
These providers can process information outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Their privacy notices explain their processing locations and transfer arrangements.
How long information is kept
Questionnaire answers kept in memory are cleared on reload. Browser session storage follows the session rules described above.
Information sent by email or submitted to the booking service is kept for handling the enquiry and appointment, any agreed follow-up, and any applicable recordkeeping or legal claim requirements. Retention depends on whether an enquiry leads to an engagement. A request for deletion is assessed against those purposes and obligations.
Calendly and Google apply their own retention arrangements to data they process for their own purposes, as described in their notices.
Your rights
Depending on the processing and applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where processing relies on it, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
To make a request, use the contact details above and explain what you would like us to do. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL or your competent supervisory authority.

This page is updated when the website's data practices change. The date at the top identifies the version you are reading. The Legal notice provides further professional information.
